Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (Dependent on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a warm and inclusive school in Ealing that prides itself on nurturing every child's individual strengths. You'll be part of a supportive team committed to providing high-quality education to pupils with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs
Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and families
Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records
Foster independence, confidence, and emotional well-being in all pupils
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience working with children with special educational needs (either in mainstream or specialist settings)
A calm, compassionate, and creative approach to teaching
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
