Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with a strong commitment to supporting children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Ealing, providing high-quality teaching and learning to pupils with additional needs.
The Role:
Teach and inspire pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and social/emotional needs.
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual education plans (EHCPs).
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to support pupil progress and well-being.
Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents and carers.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching children with SEN (within mainstream or specialist settings).
A creative, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
Passionate about ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
