About the Role
Teach Key Stage 3 and 4 students in a small, supportive setting.
Deliver English and Maths lessons tailored to individual needs.
Work closely with a team focused on transitioning students back into mainstream education.
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience working with challenging behaviour, SEMH, or in alternative provisions is highly desirable.
Strong classroom management and ability to build positive relationships.
