Job Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching that meets the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and wider teaching team.
Create an inclusive, engaging, and well-structured learning environment.
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold strong behavioural expectations.
Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils' individual needs and progression.
Qualifications/Experience
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND is highly desirable
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
