About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team supporting students with autism and other learning needs. You will deliver high-quality, inclusive education, develop personalised learning plans, and work closely with parents, therapists, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons tailored to students' individual needs.
Support progress towards EHCP outcomes, including communication, independence, and social skills.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and families.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
Participate in CPD and contribute to curriculum development.
Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in SEN/autism-specific settings.
Strong understanding of SEND legislation and EHCPs.
Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
