A welcoming and forward-thinking SEN school in Reading is seeking an inspiring SEN Teacher to join their committed and supportive team. This is a full-time role, teaching students with Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Role: SEN Teacher
Location: Reading
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Start Date: ASAPAs an SEN Teacher, you will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs, promoting academic progress alongside emotional and social development. You will work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and the SENCO to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment that helps every pupil thrive.
This SEN Teacher role would suit an experienced Qualified Teacher (QTS) with a passion for inclusive education, or a Mainstream Teacher looking to transition into the SEN sector.
