We are a specialist Primary Behaviour School in Blyth, providing high-quality education for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Our school caters for children who may have experienced trauma, disrupted education, or behavioural challenges – and we work to re-engage them with learning through care, structure, and consistency.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Primary Teacher to join our supportive and committed team. You’ll deliver the national curriculum with a creative and therapeutic approach, building strong, trusting relationships and helping children develop both academically and emotionally.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Primary or Secondary trained welcome
Experience working with children with SEMH, behavioural needs or in an alternative provision setting is highly desirable
A compassionate, trauma-informed, and relationship-based approach to behaviour
Ability to differentiate teaching to meet individual needs and EHCP outcomes
Resilience, humour, and a relentless belief in the potential of every child
