The Role at a Glance
Plan and deliver SEN-focused lessons
Provide one-to-one and small group support
Track pupil progress and report outcomes
What You’ll Be Doing
Assess pupil needs and create personalised learning plans
Implement interventions and monitor progress

Who We’re Looking For
QTS or equivalent
Experience supporting pupils with SEND
Patient, approachable, and child-focused
