SEN Teacher
First For Education are a specialist education Recruitment Business that are working with a Special Schools in Worcestershire, halfway between Worcester and Great Malvern who are looking for a Qualified Teacher to join them for a long-term position to start as soon as possible to run to the end of the academic year and possibly beyond.
This specialist settings, is for pupils aged 8 – 19 and caters for children with special educational needs and Learning Disabilities including Autistic Spectrum Disorders and the associated challenging behaviours.

Your responsibilities:
Teach and Inspire: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity and support each student’s growth.

Create a Positive Environment: Design classrooms, displays, and resources that make learning exciting and stimulating.
Develop Individual Plans: Craft and implement tailored education and behaviour plans to help every student thrive.
Collaborate and Lead: Work alongside a multi-professional team to ensure consistent, high-quality support across all aspects of school life.
Safeguard and Support: Prioritise student wellbeing and safety while fostering independence and self-control.
Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with the latest educational practices to ensure our students receive the best possible experience.What We’re Looking For:
QTS qualification or equivalent is required for this role
