Job Description

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils, supporting their academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. Key Responsibilities - SEN Teacher, Aylesbury

Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff

The Ideal Candidate - SEN Teacher, Aylesbury

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience working with students with special educational needs

Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour management

Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
