An inspiring and inclusive independent SEN school located in High Wycombe is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and creative Early Career Teacher for a full-time position beginning in September 2025. This unique school caters for pupils aged 11–18 with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language challenges, sensory processing issues, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.

As an Early Career Teacher, you will receive exceptional mentoring and guidance tailored to the SEN context. You will be given a bespoke timetable to support professional reflection and skill development and work closely with educational psychologists, therapists, and experienced SENCOs.
You will teach across the curriculum depending on your subject specialism and will receive in-depth training in differentiation, personalised learning plans, and assistive technology to support student progress.
