Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: September 2025 Salary: Competitive Independent SEN Pay Scale + Full Induction Support An inspiring and inclusive independent SEN school located in High Wycombe is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and creative Early Career Teacher for a full-time position beginning in September 2025. This unique school caters for pupils aged 11–18 with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language challenges, sensory processing issues, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties. The school’s ethos is built on trust, positive relationships, high expectations, and adaptive learning. It offers small class sizes, a therapeutic teaching model, and a warm, collaborative staff culture where innovation and empathy go hand in hand. As an Early Career Teacher, you will receive exceptional mentoring and guidance tailored to the SEN context.
