Take charge of a Reception-aged resource base class with around 8 children with diverse additional needs
Design and deliver creative, needs-led lessons that support individual learning journeys
Work closely with a strong team of support staff, parents, and external professionals
Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere where each child feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeedIdeal Candidate Profile:
Holds QTS and has prior experience in both EYFS and Special Educational Needs teaching
Confident in using adaptive teaching methods and developing EHCP-focused plans
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to collaborative practice
