Teaching Personnel are looking for dedicated and experienced SEN Teachers to join a specialist further education provision for students aged 16–19 with Moderate, Severe, and Complex Learning Difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
We have a range of opportunities available including cover supply, day-to-day, temp-to-perm, and permanent roles, providing flexibility to suit your career goals.
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, personalised teaching and learning that supports students’ academic progress and personal development.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
Designing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Assessing and tracking student progress.
Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and life skills.
Working closely with support staff, families, and external agencies.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking individuals who:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs, particularly SEMH, ASD, or complex learning difficulties.
Are passionate about personalised, inclusive education.
Possess excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Are patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
Have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
