Are you a qualified teacher with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs?
Help Educate is working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Sutton that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for either an ECT or an experienced teacher to join a nurturing team that prioritises wellbeing, inclusion, and professional growth.
Your Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN
*
Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
*
Support pupils’ academic progress as well as their social and emotional development
*
Collaborate closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals
*
Contribute to whole-school initiatives that promote inclusion and continuous improvement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Experience working with pupils with SEN (either in a mainstream or specialist setting)
*
High expectations and a commitment to helping every child succeed
*
A reflective, flexible approach and a strong sense of empathy
*
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
