SEN Teacher – Secondary | Braintree| £140–£300 per day | Immediate Start/ September 2025 Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN teacher looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a well-regarded secondary school in Braintree that is seeking a confident and compassionate SEN Teacher to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties. You will be working in a supportive environment with a strong SEN department and experienced leadership team. The Role: Full-time SEN Teacher – Secondary setting Immediate start, ongoing position Deliver tailored lessons and support plans to meet individual needs Work closely with SENCO, teaching assistants, and pastoral staff What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEN A patient, nurturing, and adaptable teaching style Strong behaviour management and communication skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) The Offer: Competitive daily rate: £130–£250, based on experience Immediate start – fast-track registration available Supportive school with a collaborative and inclusive ethos Potential for long-term or permanent opportunities Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and that the successful applicant must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
