Equitas is proud to be working with an inclusive and nurturing School Ilford that are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

SEN Teacher – The Role:
This full-time SEN Teacher position will see you working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, either within a designated SEN provision or through in-class support across the school.
Your role will involve:
Planning and delivering personalised learning programmes
Teaching pupils with a variety of needs, including Autism(ASD), Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Learning Difficulties(LD) and Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD).
Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to suit individual EHCP targets
Working closely with the SENCO, support staff, and families to provide consistent and holistic support
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
You should be confident in behaviour management, skilled in differentiation, and passionate about inclusive education.
