SEN Teacher Opportunity - Multi-Academy Trust Across Kent
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are a dynamic and supportive Multi-Academy Trust with schools located across Kent, seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our growing team.
📍 Locations: Various schools across Kent (flexibility considered)
📅 Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)
📚 Role: Full-time SEN Teacher (Permanent)
💼 Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Role:
Delivering tailored teaching and learning to students with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, ASD, and MLD
Creating inclusive, engaging, and structured lessons within a specialist or mainstream setting
Working closely with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external agencies to support individual student progress
Contributing to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN (mainstream or specialist setting)
Strong understanding of strategies for supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs
A positive, empathetic, and resilient approach
Ability to inspire and build strong relationships with students and colleagues
