The Role:
Equitas are seeking a passionate, confident, and resilient SEN Teacher to join a dedicated team. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects including Functional Skills, Maths, English, Science, and PSHE. While experience teaching all subjects is not essential, a willingness to teach across the curriculum is required. Full support and CPD will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons using pre-prepared resources
*
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
*
Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners with SEN
*
Contribute to the personal and academic development of students
*
Work collaboratively with the wider staff team and external professionals
*
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
*
Extensive UK classroom teaching experience (QTS not essential)
*
Exceptional behaviour management skills
*
Experience or willingness to teach across multiple subjects
*
A flexible and proactive approach to working with SEN pupils
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to start as soon as possible
Desirable:

Experience working in an SEN setting
*
