First for Education is working with a range of specialist schools, PRUs, and alternative provisions across Birmingham who are looking to welcome exceptional SEN Teachers to their teams from September 2025.
Whether you specialise in SEMH, ASD, PMLD, MLD, SLD or complex needs, we want to hear from you!
What we’re looking for:
* QTS or experienced teachers with proven SEN experience
* Confident working in small group or 1:1 settings
* Experience supporting students with EHCPs or behavioural needs
* Passion for inclusive education and tailored learning
* Resilient, empathetic and nurturing approach
