Tradewind is working with fantastic Early Years and KS1 SEN provisions in Newham that cater for pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs. We're seeking experienced SEN Teachers for daily supply now, with long-term positions available in September.
In This Role You Will:
Plan sensory and play-based lessons tailored to PMLD/complex needs
Use strategies like Makaton, PECS, and sensory integration
Lead a team of support staff to deliver high-quality personalised learning
Foster a safe and stimulating environment for early development
