Special Needs Teacher - Post-16 Provision - Waltham Forest
Are you passionate about preparing young adults with additional needs for life beyond school?
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Special Needs Teachers for Post-16 SEN provisions in Waltham Forest. You'll support learners with EHCPs focused on independence, vocational skills, and functional literacy and numeracy.
Your Role Will Include:
Delivering lessons tailored to EHCP goals and life skills
Supporting students with ASD, SEMH, and mild/moderate learning difficulties
Working alongside job coaches, therapists, and families
Promoting independence and confidence in preparation for adulthood
