SEN Teacher – Full-Time, Permanent Location: Watford Start Date: September 2025 The Role: A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a highly respected specialist school in Watford this September. This full-time, permanent position is perfect for an experienced and passionate educator who is committed to supporting children and young people with autism and related needs such as speech, language, and sensory challenges, as well as behaviour regulation difficulties. You’ll be working in a calm, structured setting with small class sizes and strong staff-to-student ratios, alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team. The school places a strong emphasis on creating individualised learning experiences that empower students to succeed.
