Job Description

Using creative and flexible methods to motivate and include all learners
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching children with autism and/or SEMH needs
Calm, empathetic, and reflective approach to behaviour and relationships
Ability to adapt teaching strategies in a dynamic and emotionally complex setting
