We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join an inclusive and supportive SEN school in Wisbech. You will be responsible for delivering personalised teaching and learning experiences to pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to achieve their potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence and independence
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support pupil progress
Monitor and track pupil development, adapting approaches as needed
Contribute to the development of the school's SEN curriculum and wider school initiatives
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing within your class
Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to staff training
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN education
Child DBS on the update service
A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in SEN teaching
Patience, creativity, and a flexible approach to teaching and learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
