What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent), with experience supporting learners with complex needs, MUST HAVE PMLD EXPERIENCE
Proven ability to lead a small classroom team, including teaching assistants
Confident communication and collaborative working with families, therapists and multidisciplinary teams
Strong planning, assessment and organisational skills
Creative, resilient and committed to person-centred teaching
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver meaningful, multi-sensory lessons that reflect each pupil's Personal Learning Intention Map (PLIM)
Lead a classroom team to ensure a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
Plan and assess curriculum content using both national guidelines and specialist SEN approaches
Contribute to behaviour planning, enrichment, and curriculum development
Support school-wide initiatives including sensory integration and life skills learning
