We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a committed team, working with secondary-aged students with ASD, MLD/SLD, and associated challenging behaviours.
The students are bright, creative, and full of energy - and we're looking for someone who can match their enthusiasm, engage their imaginations, and help them thrive in a supportive, structured environment.
SEN Teacher Role:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with ASD, MLD, and SLD
Create a calm, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Use behaviour management strategies effectively to support positive outcomes
Work closely with a skilled team of teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals
Foster strong relationships with students, staff and families
SEN Teacher Requirements:
Is compassionate, patient and proactive
Has a strong understanding of special educational needs and behaviour management
Can bring creativity and flexibility to lesson planning and classroom delivery
Is committed to helping every student achieve their full potential
