This fantastic SEN School are on the hunt for an amazing a SEN Teacher to deliver the most enriching lessons to SEN pupils. You will be teaching a range of ASD students. Pupils catered for: Pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) but may not yet have a diagnosis, though they display traits of Autism and associated conditions.Nestled in a nurturing and inclusive environment with its emphasis on holistic development, this amazing Alternate Referral Provision stands as a beacon of hope and excellence in the SEN community

Rates: £200-£240 per day

Curriculum focus: Following the National Curriculum, with a thematic approach
Class size and support: Maximum of 6 pupils per class with one Teacher and one Teaching Assistant
Years: Ranging from Year 3 to Year 11
SEN Teacher | Responsibilities
For this SEN Teacher role, you will need to demonstrate your enthusiasm and pro-activeness. You will need to motivate these students and work with students with complex needs.
You will need to prepare creative and innovate lessons for the students in accordance with their EHCP. Subject knowledge is vital.
Teaching lessons, preparing lessons, marking and participation within parents' evening will be expected.SEN Teacher | Requirements
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
Bachelor's degree/Qualifications in Special Education or a related field is desirable.
Previous experience working with children with severe SEN and disabilities.
Understanding of various disabilities and SEN, including autism spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, and cognitive impairments.SEN Teacher | Qualifications/Experience
Subject knowledge within SEN primary is essential
Experience working within SEN is essential. Especially working with mild/moderate needs including: ASD, ADHD, speech and language
