Are you a passionate and qualified SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join a supportive team at a specialist SEN school in Peterborough.

This school provides a specialist setting for children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including autism (ASC), learning difficulties, and complex behavioural needs. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Work closely with TAs, therapists, and external professionals
Track and report on academic and personal development
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS or QTLS (essential)
Previous experience in an SEN setting (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge of ASC, MLD, PMLD, SEMH or other complex needs
Patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive teaching
Confident using behaviour support strategies and alternative communication methodsWhat We Offer:
