SEN Teacher – South West London
Location: South West London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (with potential for permanent)
Pay: MPS/UPS + SEN allowance (depending on experience)
We are currently working with several inclusive and well-resourced specialist and mainstream schools across South West London, all seeking passionate and skilled SEN Teachers to join their teams from September.
These are excellent opportunities for experienced SEN professionals or mainstream teachers with a strong interest in special educational needs.
About the Role:
*
Teaching pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, MLD, SLD, SEMH, and complex needs
*
Delivering differentiated and accessible lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
*
Working closely with TAs, therapists, and external specialists to ensure holistic support
*
Creating a nurturing and structured classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence
*
Contributing to IEPs, behaviour plans, and annual review meetings
*
Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional progress
Ideal Candidate:
*
Qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience teaching pupils with SEND
*
Knowledge of a range of SEN strategies, approaches, and inclusive pedagogy
*
Calm, compassionate, and resilient – able to adapt to the needs of each child
*
Skilled at building strong relationships with pupils, families, and wider professionals
*
Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and ongoing professional development
