The Role – SEN Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a caring and inclusive SEN school in Redbridge for a September 2025 start. This full-time position will involve teaching a small class of students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, communication difficulties, and behavioural challenges. You will be supported by a strong team of Teaching Assistants, therapists, and SEN specialists, and will be expected to plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons aligned with EHCPs, create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment and use a trauma-informed and child-centred approach to teaching and behaviour management
