SEN Teacher Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: 01/09/2025 Location: Enfield Salary: £37,868 - £56,154 Hours of Work: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Term Time Only) Are you a passionate and experienced SEN teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity this September? We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN teacher to lead a small nurture class of fewer than 15 primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025—perfect for someone who truly believes that every child has the right to reach their full potential. We are proud of our large and highly effective SEN department, which offers robust support for pupils with EHCPs as well as those identified for targeted interventions. What You’ll Be Doing • Teaching a small, well-resourced nurture group with mixed SEN needs • Creating a safe, engaging, and tailored learning environment • Working closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and families • Developing and delivering individualised learning plans • Tracking and reporting progress to ensure meaningful outcomes for every child What We’re Looking For • QTS and proven experience working with children with SEN • A nurturing and empathetic approach to teaching • Confidence in planning differentiated, accessible lessons • A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive education This is your chance to make a real difference, every single day.
