SEN Teacher - KS3 | Dunstable | Paid to Scale
We are working with a specialist SEN school in Dunstable that is seeking a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher to join their team, supporting Key Stage 3 students with Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed teacher who thrives in a specialist setting and is confident working with pupils who require structured, individualised approaches to learning and behaviour.
The role includes:
Delivering engaging, adapted lessons to small groups of KS3 students
Planning and differentiating lessons in line with EHCP outcomes
Working closely with TAs, therapists, and pastoral teams
Managing behaviour positively and consistently in line with school policy
What we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
Experience working with SEN, particularly ASD and SEMH
A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, confident presence
This is a full-time, long-term position to start in September, with pay to scale (MPS/UPS), reflecting your experience and qualifications.
