About the Role:
Academics is proud to be working with a caring and dedicated SEN school in Sutton Coldfield that is looking for a flexible and experienced SEN Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are passionate about inclusive education and want to support pupils who benefit from structure, empathy, and encouragement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, tailored lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEN
Use adaptive teaching approaches to support individual learning styles and abilities
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SENCOs to provide holistic support
Create a calm, encouraging classroom environment where every child feels valued
