Job Description
SEN Teacher – Bushey, Watford – September 2025 Start (Paid to Scale)
GSL Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a well-regarded special school in Bushey from September 2025. This is a full-time role, paid to scale (£150–£250 per day).
The School caters for boys aged 11–16 with EHCPs and complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, ODD, speech and language needs, sensory processing difficulties, and SEMH challenges. The school was rated Good in its most recent Ofsted inspection in March 2025.
As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver tailored lessons, support emotional well-being, and work closely with SENCOs and support staff. QTS is essential, and experience with SEN and SEMH is highly valued.
Please note: A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential. All applicants must pass safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
