SEN Teacher - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Tradewind is currently supporting a specialist school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
This full-time position is based within a well-resourced and inclusive provision, catering to students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and SENCOs to create inclusive learning environments
Use a variety of communication and behaviour strategies to support pupil engagement
Track progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and reports
Foster a positive, safe and structured classroom atmosphere

Based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, the school is recognised for its strong pastoral support, inclusive ethos and experienced SEN team. Staff are collaborative, training is ongoing, and class sizes are small to allow for highly focused teaching.
Ideal candidate:
