Job Description
Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Teacher looking for a new opportunity this September? We’re currently recruiting for dedicated educators to support pupils with a range of special educational needs across inclusive and nurturing school environments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with diverse learning needs, working alongside supportive teams and specialist staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that are carefully differentiated to meet the diverse needs of pupils with special educational needs
* Create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
* Assess and monitor student progress using a range of strategies, and provide timely, targeted interventions to support individual learning goals and EHCP outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and other professionals to plan and implement effective, personalised teaching strategies.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience working with children in SEN settings, including those with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs
* Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies and EHCPs
* Excellent communication, patience, and behaviour management skills
* A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching and learning
