SEN Teachers Needed - Swindon 🌟

We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teachers to join our team in Swindon's SEN schools and Alternative Provision settings. Whether you're a qualified teacher or looking to step into teaching for the first time, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you thrive in this rewarding role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with pupils aged 8-16 with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), ADHD, PTSD and Challenging Behaviours.
✨ What you'll be doing:
* Planning and delivering lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils
* Supporting children's learning, social and emotional development
* Creating a safe, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with support staff, therapists and other professionals
* Inspiring young people to achieve their potential
✨ What we're looking for:
* Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) or unqualified teachers keen to learn and develop
* A passion for working with children with additional needs
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Resilience, empathy and a positive approach
* Previous SEN experience is helpful, but not essential - training will be provided
✨ The role:
* Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, term time only
* Pay: from £140 per day (unqualified) / £150-£220 per day (qualified)
* Flexible: full-time or part-time options available
* Start: from September onwards, with the possibility of permanent contracts
* Location: SEN schools and Alternative Provisions across Swindon
