SEN Teacher – Loughborough – Start September – £30,000 to £45,000 (Permanent)

We’re on the lookout for an SEN Teacher who gets it — who sees past labels and loves getting to know who a child really is. If you’re the kind of person who lights up when that one quiet student finally opens up or cracks a smile during a lesson you tailored just for them… keep reading.
The Role
Starting this September, this is a permanent teaching post based in Loughborough. You’ll be working mainly 1:1 or with very small groups, so it’s not about juggling big classes — it’s about building trust, spotting the spark in each learner, and running with it.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all job. You’ll have the freedom to adapt your teaching, be creative, and take your time — because in this role, rapport comes first. When children feel safe and understood, the learning follows. That’s what we’re here for.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
