About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN settings.
Strong knowledge of SEND strategies, classroom differentiation, and inclusive practices.
Calm, patient, and empathetic—able to connect with, motivate, and support diverse learners.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ready to work as part of a school team.
