About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced SEN Teachers to join our team in Shrewsbury on a supply basis. This role offers the chance to work across various educational settings, providing tailored support to students with a range of SEN needs. The position is available for an immediate start and will be ongoing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.
* Plan and implement engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
* Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to develop and implement effective support strategies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and independence.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students with various SEN conditions.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with students with SEN across different key stages.
* Strong understanding of SEN best practices and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
