SEN Teacher - Specialist School, Bristol

The Role:
Plan and deliver creative, personalised lessons for students with SEN (including Autism, ADHD, and complex needs).
Adapt teaching to suit different abilities and learning styles.
Work closely with skilled support staff, therapists, and families to give every student the best chance to succeed.
Promote positive behaviour and use de-escalation strategies when needed.About You:
QTS (or equivalent) with experience teaching students with SEN.
Patient, resilient, and adaptable in your approach.
