SEN Teacher - Full Time - Chiswick - September Start - Temp to Perm - MLD
Are you an experienced SEN Teacher passionate about making a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs?
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive special needs school in Chiswick. This is a full-time role starting in September, with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent. Responsibilities:
Uphold safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times
Deliver personalised teaching approaches to encourage pupil progression
Implement positive behaviour management strategies
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
Work collaboratively with support staff and the Headteacher
Demonstrate an understanding of how ASD and MLD can present barriers to learning, and strategies to overcome them
