Job Description
We are recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Tower Hamlets supporting pupils with autism and complex learning needs.
The role:
Teach a small group of students with personalised learning approaches.
Implement strategies for communication, sensory regulation, and independence.
Work with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and SEN support staff.
Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
Requirements:
QTS/QTLS (NQTs/ECTs welcome).
Experience with autism (ASC) and/or complex SEN preferred.
Strong classroom management and adaptable teaching style.
