SEN Teacher – Full-Time, Permanent Location: Watford Start Date: September 2025 The Opportunity: A highly regarded specialist school in Watford is seeking a committed and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team ASAP on a full-time, long term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is dedicated to supporting pupils with autism, as well as associated needs such as speech, language, sensory processing, and behavioural regulation challenges. You’ll be part of a nurturing, well-resourced environment with small class sizes, strong staff-to-student ratios, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The school takes pride in delivering tailored learning experiences that empower every student to achieve their full potential.
