SEN Teacher - Walsall
Are you a passionate and experienced SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Join our agency's growing network of skilled education professionals as we partner with a variety specialist schools across Walsall.
We are actively building a portfolio of outstanding SEN Teachers to support our schools with both current and upcoming roles. Whether you're looking for long-term placements, short-term cover, or day-to-day work, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to the needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
Develop and adapt lesson plans and learning materials to meet individual learning styles and EHCPs.
Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and valued.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching children with special educational needs
Strong behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse needs
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)Why Join Us?
