SEN Teacher (Teaching Assistants also required)  Location: Ware  Hours: 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)  Contract: Full-Time  Salary: Based on experience Inspire. Support. If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are working with a highly regarded specialist SEN school in Ware, which supports pupils aged 11–16. The school is dedicated to creating an environment where learning is meaningful, enjoyable, and accessible for all. What the Role Involves Designing and delivering creative, engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of learners. Supporting pupils to achieve both academic and personal growth. Tracking progress and providing constructive feedback in line with school policy. Promoting positive behaviour through patience, consistency, and encouragement. Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues. Contributing to whole-school activities and events. Working across school sites or outreach settings (a driving licence and own vehicle are required for transporting pupils when needed). GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent). Previous experience supporting young people with SEN. Confident communication, classroom management, and ICT skills. A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.  Recruitment & Safeguarding All applicants must be prepared to complete the following checks: Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service – support available). Two recent professional references (within the last 24 months). Overseas Police Check (if you have lived outside the UK for 6+ months in the past 5 years).
