The Role:
Deliver engaging lessons based on the mainstream national curriculum, adapted for pupils with a range of SEN needs
Create inclusive and accessible learning experiences that promote independence and progress
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and therapists to support holistic development
Implement strategies for emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and resilience
Track progress and plan interventions to support individual targets
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD etc.) is highly desirable
Confident in adapting mainstream curriculum content to suit diverse learning needs
Empathetic, patient, and committed to inclusive education
Able to build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Resilient, reflective, and open to continuous professional growth

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
