We are recruiting for a skilled SEN Primary Teacher to work in an autism-specific provision within a mainstream primary school in Barking and Dagenham.
The Role:
Deliver a personalised curriculum to children with autism, many of whom are non-verbal.
Implement strategies such as PECS and visual timetables.
Work alongside speech therapists and occupational therapists.
Requirements:
QTS with primary teaching experience.
Experience or training in autism support.
Ability to adapt teaching to diverse communication needs.
