Role Overview
In this role, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to support pupils' progress
Create a safe, structured, and motivating classroom environment
Monitor, assess, and adapt teaching strategies to ensure continued pupil development
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Previous experience working with SEN pupils (preferably in primary settings)
A calm, resilient, and creative approach to teaching
