Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a real impact in a specialist setting?
We’re working with a fantastic special school in Barnet that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to support pupils with PMLD and complex needs in a nurturing and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering personalised, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Collaborating with support staff and therapists to implement EHCPs effectively
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN settings
* A strong understanding of PMLD and complex needs
* Familiarity with PECS or Makaton (desirable)
* A patient, adaptable, and inclusive approach to teaching
* A valid DBS on the Update Service
